"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.... As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Nelson Mandela

I feel strongly that working as a therapist is both a privilege and a great responsibility. My therapeutic approach is based on an extensive background of knowledge, education, and experience in working with people of all ages. It is my intention to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment for every client.

Much of my education and personal life focus has been to apply the skills I've learned over the years to experience my own personal transformation on the mental, emotional, and physical levels. This process has allowed me to deepen my connection with my intuition and to work intuitively with clients in support of their personal transformation.

Additionally in the process of moving through my own challenges, I discovered that life is not merely about surviving our difficulties. Instead, life is about thriving in our creativity. This is the focus I bring to therapy for each of my clients.
